Who We Are?

The story of abiZa began when Mr. Nilesh Patel who has been professional business-service provider for over ten years now and Mr. Jeenesh Babaria, felt the need to have a holistic platform for providing all the business-related services online. Conventional practices where time-consuming and the legal procedures still remain unknown to the ordinary men desiring to start new businesses, due to lack of transparency between entrepreneurs and the service providers. The cost of the services widely varied from one provider to other. abiZa is an effort to overcome such inconsistencies and unfair trade practices by being completely transparent while standardizing flat and open rates to all wishing to begin a new business. Our team has a cumulative experience of 40+ years in the field of business services. Founder Director

Nilesh has 8+ years of experience in the field of legal and corporate secretarial, due diligence of listed and private limited companies, compliance's pertaining to Taxation, Foreign Exchange Management and other matter related to FDI ,ODI, offshore incorporation, compliance of listing agreements, Securities laws.  

Nilesh is currently serving as non-executive director on the board of many Private Limited Companies.

Nilesh has also assisted the Board of directors in conducting Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance Compliance.

Nilesh is a fitness freak and an Xbox lover.

 

Mr. Jeenesh Babaria 

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Jeenesh has 2+ years of experience in the field of corporated secretarial matters. Though having not much exposure of Corporate field, he has a great passion for gaining knowledge and a vision to become a successful entrepreneur.  

When not at the office, Jeenesh loves to go for treks or play his Guitar.

 

Mr. Bhavesh Desai 

Mentor and Director

Bhavesh has 20+ years of experience in the field of legal and corporate secretarial, property matters, regulatory compliance, including compliance of Listing agreements, Securities laws and labour law compliance.

Bhavesh has also worked in senior position / director on reputed Corporate such as Bajaj Hindusthan, Citi Group investee companies, ADAG Group Media Company

When not at the office, Bhavesh likes to read, meditate and exercise.
